What We Do
Our Major Services?
We offer individual or group counseling sessions with a registered dietitian or nutritionist to help our clients develop healthy eating habits and make sustainable changes to their diet.

We offer medical evaluations and assessments to identify any underlying health conditions that may be contributing to weight gain.

FREDISIA FRANCIS-ATTIPOE
Dr. Francis-Attipoe is a family physician who has been serving in the DMV area for the past 20 years. She received her medical degree from Howard University Medical School and completed her residency training at the University of Maryland - Baltimore in Family Medicine. She is passionate about preventive medicine and focuses on preventing diabetes, hypertension, and obesity in the community.
CHIOMA NWACHUKWU
Dr. Chioma Nwachukwu is an experienced Nurse Practitioner. She has over 25 years of nursing experience and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She focuses on health promotion and prevention, specifically obesity in adults. Her work aims to prevent chronic diseases and promote overall wellness. She is dedicated to helping individuals lead healthier lives.
JOHN ATTIPOE
Rev John Attipoe is a skilled behavioral specialist with years of experience in helping individuals manage and overcome behavioral issues. He is passionate about working with clients to identify the root causes of their behaviors and develop strategies to achieve their goals. John is a certified life coach with a track record of helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.
